Breaking News: Kano Governor Removed from Office, APC Declared Winner

In a breaking news development, the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Kano has removed Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf from office and declared Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the Kano governorship election.

The tribunal made this decision after invalidating some votes recorded by the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) candidate, Abba Kabir Yusuf.

According to the presiding judge, Justice Oluyemi Akintan Osadabey, the margin of votes obtained by the NNPP candidate was insufficient to secure victory for Governor Yusuf.
