Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool could be set to battle it out over the signature of Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.
The Ecuadorian ace has had an impressive season at the Amex Stadium, amassing 31 games in Allardyce’s side while scoring two goals and providing three assists.
Last week, events took a turn after insider Fabrizio Romano reported that Caicedo had changed agents – believed to be getting ready for a move.
Romano confirmed this on Monday when he noted that Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea were all targets for the 20-year-old.
Despite reports linking him away from the south coast, however, Caicedo insists his focus remains where it lies: on Brighton.
The Seagulls are thought to have already rejected an offer of £55million from Chelsea and would unlikely accept anything below £80million.
According to Caicedo, though Premier League clubs continue to show their desire in bringing him away from Brighton this month, the midfielder remains entirely committed to Nezerbi’s project.
With one week left of transfer window remaining, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea will soon need to act if they hope make a firm approach for the promising starlet
