Samuel Chukwueze could be on the move this summer, but any deal will come at a steep cost with AC Milan standing firm on their valuation — www.naijnaira.com reports.
According to Soccernet.ng, the Rossoneri have no interest in loaning out the Nigerian forward and will only accept a permanent transfer in the range of €20–25 million.
Adding to the challenge is Chukwueze’s salary of €4 million net per year, which pushes the full financial package close to €29 million.
Journalist Marco Guidi confirmed Milan’s stance, stating, “At the moment, he stays in Milan because no bid has arrived for him. AC Milan don’t want to sell him on loan, only through a transfer.”
Fulham remain one of the most active clubs pursuing him, although they would prefer a structured payment deal rather than meeting Milan’s demands outright.
Spanish sides have also shown interest but appear reluctant to commit to both the €25 million transfer fee and his €4 million wages.
Despite his potential, Chukwueze may face limited playing time under Massimiliano Allegri, whose tactical approach doesn’t seem tailored to the winger’s attacking style.
Unless an acceptable offer comes before the transfer window closes, the Super Eagles star will remain at San Siro, facing an uncertain role in Milan’s squad.
