Hakim Ziyech, a Chelsea player, is reportedly set to join Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia for an £8m deal.
This move could lead to an awkward reunion with Cristiano Ronaldo, who is also on the team.
Ziyech was part of the Morocco side that ended Ronaldo’s World Cup dream just six months ago, leaving the 38-year-old in tears.
Al Nassr is also said to have made an offer for Atletico Madrid’s Saul Niguez, who was a rival of Ronaldo’s during his time at Real Madrid.
Saul previously ranked Luka Modric above Ronaldo as Real’s best player in 2016, despite Ronaldo’s impressive performance that season.
Several other players, including N’Golo Kante, Edouard Mendy, and Kalidou Koulibaly, are also expected to make highly lucrative moves to the Saudi Pro League.
