Cristiano Ronaldo has sparked controversy by stating that the Saudi Pro League is superior to Major League Soccer (MLS) following Lionel Messi’s move to Inter Miami.

Ronaldo, who currently plays for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, believes that European leagues have dropped in quality and that the Premier League is the only league that maintains a high level of quality.

He also expressed his preference for the Saudi league over MLS, stating that his team, Al-Nassr, is better than any team in the United States.

Ronaldo believes that his move to Saudi Arabia has influenced other players to make similar moves from Europe.

‘I think the Saudi league is much better than the United States. My team is Al-Nassr.
