Erik ten Hag has confirmed that debutant Marcel Sabitzer will be available when Manchester United face Crystal Palace on Saturday.
With Donny van de de Beek and Scott McTominay injured, Sabitzer is one of the few midfielders left at Ten Hag’s disposal, along with Casemiro, Fred, and Bruno Fernandes.
Ten Hag noted that despite only having gone through part of one training session due to his late addition to the club, Sabitzer looks fit enough to make his debut if necessary.
The manager then mentioned that in order for United to win against Palace, they’ll need to put on a much better performance than their 1-1 draw with them earlier in the season, a result seen most notably for Michael Olise’s stoppage-time free kick.
