Seun Kuti, the Afrobeat sensation, recently shared his experience of being imprisoned by the police for slapping a security official at Lagos’ Third Mainland Bridge.
Despite being under investigation, Seun Kuti has started his Europe tour from Zurich, Switzerland.
He reflected on his time spent with convicts and claimed that being on the cold floor with inmates was better than being in the company of corrupt politicians.
He wrote, “Dem put me for hard cold floor, in the midst of prisoners, still better than sitting in the devil’s house with politicians.”
