The Department of State Services has allegedly arrested former Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council director-general, Doyin Okupe, at the Muritala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos.
It is believed that he was on his way to London when he was apprehended by the DSS.
His lawyer, Tolu Babaleye said on Facebook that the DSS requested for evidence of Okupe’s money laundering conviction fine paid by Federal High Court Abuja.
He claims this harassment is unfair and demands immediate release of his client as it violates his freedom of movement, right to liberty and dignity as a human being.
