Erling Haaland’s agent, Rafaela Pimentae, recently revealed that they are eyeing Real Madrid as a potential destination for the Manchester City striker.
Haaland has made an incredible impact in his first year with the Premier League champions, netting 27 goals in the competition so far – the most by any City player in a single season.
With expectations growing and speculation of Haaland leaving the club, Pimentae spoke about her plans for the 22-year-old’s career and suggested that he could have his sights set on joining Real Madrid.
She stated at an FT Business of Football summit held in London: ‘Real Madrid has something of its own that makes it the Dreamland for players.’
The superagent also went on to explain how she likes to map out players’ careers early on and added that signing for a club in England is now seen as an attractive move rather than joining a specific team.
Although Guardiola has denied claims that there is a ‘Real Madrid clause’ inserted into Haaland’s contract, it appears as if there might be genuine interest from both parties involved with regards to the superstar making his dream move come true.
