FIFA Sanctions Al-Nassr Club for Ahmed Musa Controversy

The Al-Nassr Club, a Saudi Arabian football club, has been sanctioned by FIFA for their involvement in a controversy surrounding the transfer of Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa.

The club failed to pay Leicester City the money owed for Musa’s transfer, despite a ruling from The Court of Arbitration for Sport.

As a result, FIFA has banned Al-Nassr from signing new players into the new Saudi Pro League.

It is worth noting that Cristiano Ronaldo, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, currently plays for Al-Nassr.
