Many users called for Fox News to have its White House press privileges revoked, with some suggesting that the president should take legal action against the network.
The caption echoed false claims made by former President Donald Trump, who has alleged that Biden is behind the federal charges he is facing.
Trump became the first current or former US president to be charged with a federal crime after pleading not guilty to 37 charges over his handling of classified documents.
