Fresh Fact Emerges on President Tinubu's Plan to Reduce NYSC Members' Monthly Allowance

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Claims circulating on WhatsApp statuses that President Bola Tinubu plans to reduce the monthly allowance allocated to Nigerian Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members have been found to be false.

Fact-checking platform Dubuwa reported that the claim in the graphics is false and that President Tinubu has not stated any plans to reduce the monthly allowance given to NYSC members.

While President Tinubu inherited a country grappling with severe economic crises caused by his predecessor, Muhammadu Buhari, he made no announcement regarding a reduction in the monthly allowance for corps members.

Graphics shared on WhatsApp claiming that the new president had reduced the monthly allowance for corps members from N33,000 to N25,000 were found to be baseless.

No credible media organisations reported that the president made such a statement, nor does it exist on his social media pages.
