Globacom, a leading telecommunications company in Nigeria, has introduced a new MiFi and router to enhance internet access for its subscribers.
The router can connect up to 32 Wi-Fi-enabled devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, and game consoles.
Currently, the company is running a promotion that offers subscribers 60GB and 180GB data when they purchase and activate a MiFi or router, respectively.
The devices ensure faster downloads, music and movie streaming, gaming experience, and seamless video calls on various smart devices.
The offer is available for students, corporate employees, small and medium-scale businesses, and individual subscribers on the go.
Customers can purchase the devices from any of the Gloworld one-stop shops or partner outlets by inserting a registered Glo SIM into the MiFi or router device to access the free data.
The new offer is aimed at providing customers with value for money.
As of February 2023, there were 156.42 million mobile internet subscriptions in Nigeria, with 43.40 million on Glo’s network, according to recent statistics from the Nigerian Communications Commission.
