Hollywood actor Jonathan Majors was taken into custody on Saturday and charged with assault, harassment, and strangling.
According to report, the actor was said to have physically assaulted a 30-year old woman.
Sources had it that, Police received a call from an apartment in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighbourhood at around 11 a.m.
The spoke person said:
“The victim informed police she was assaulted. Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident.
“The victim sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition,” a spokesperson for the NYPD said in a statement.
