How APC National Chairman and Secretary Were Forced to Resign

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

The resignation of the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, and National Secretary, Iyiola Omisore, has raised questions about the circumstances surrounding their departure.

Muiz Banire, a former legal adviser of the party, suggested that they may have been forced to resign due to pressure from their colleagues.

Banire also mentioned issues of maladministration and misappropriation of funds raised by Lukman Saliu, which could have contributed to their resignation.

However, Banire clarified that President Bola Tinubu was not involved in the leadership situation and that disgruntled members of the NWC were likely responsible for Adamu’s resignation.

The exact reasons for their resignation remain unclear, but it is believed that the National Working Committee and the National Executive Council were aware of the circumstances leading up to it.

He said, “I’m not too sure that the resignation could have been voluntarily, in my view, I might be wrong; I probably believe that maybe the pressure of other colleagues of theirs forced them eventually to tender their resignation.

“So, it’s not unlikely that it is as a result of such issues that have been in the public space for some time now; maybe it has reached its peak now and couldn’t be absorbed again. They probably reacted.

“I have been reading Mr Lukman Saliu for some time; he has been raising a lot of issues, particularly bordering on maladministration of the party, misappropriation funds and so on.

“Well, that could be part of it because I know as a matter of fact, in NWC sometimes those are usually issues that usually confronts or challenges the body,” he said.
