The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) youth wing has expressed optimism that the presidency of Bola Ahmed Tinubu will bring about peace and development in Nigeria.
CAN congratulated Tinubu on his victory in the presidential election and urged him to fulfill his promises on restructuring and true federalism for the rapid development of the country.
The national chairman of the CAN youth wing, Belusochukwu Enwere, expressed confidence that Tinubu’s varied experience and leadership acumen would enable him to fulfill all his campaign promises and make Nigerians forget their past experiences.
He also emphasized Tinubu’s stance on restructuring Nigeria and entrenchment of true federalism in line with global best practices, appealing to him to hit the ground running by fulfilling the promise to meet the yearnings of the people.
Belusochukwu urged Tinubu to use the opportunity to develop and unite Nigeria, regardless of religion, ethnicity, and tribe.
The CAN youth wing believes that Tinubu’s presidency would disappoint naysayers and bring peace to all Nigerians.
