Both Arsenal and Manchester City are reportedly interested in signing West Ham United’s Declan Rice in the summer transfer window.
Arsenal had a bid of £75 million plus £15 million in-adds for Rice turned down by West Ham earlier this month, while City made a formal offer of an initial £80 million with an extra £10 million in add-ons.
However, West Ham has rejected City’s bid, which is a boost to Arsenal’s chances of signing the midfielder.
The Hammers have made it clear that they will not sell Rice for anything less than £100 million, so Arsenal needs to step up their game and put that amount on the table to get the deal done.
