Cristiano Ronaldo was delighted with his 500th career league goal, which came in the form of four goals that he scored in Al-Nassr’s 4-0 triumph over Al-Wehda in the Saudi Pro League.
After receiving the ball inside the penalty area, Ronaldo fired a left-footed shot past the goalkeeper and added another before half-time.
The Portugal captain continued his scoring streak in the second half, sending two more goals into the back of the net to hit his landmark total.
Reflecting on his feat, Ronaldo tweeted: “It’s just the beginning! Great feeling to have scored 4 goals and reached my 500th league goal in a very solid win by the team!”
His milestone 503 goals have been accumulated throughout stints at Real Madrid, Manchester United, Juventus, Sporting and now Al-Nassr.
