The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board have announced the list of CBT 10 centers that will re-conduct their 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME as well as their Direct Entry Examination.
Speaking with newsmen on Sunday, JAMB revealed their plans of conducting a mop-up examination for candidates whose results were cancelled due to malpractice in the recently concluded examination exercise.

According to the report, the 10 centers listed by the board have 5 centers in Abia State, 2 in Anambra State, 1 in Delta State, 1 in Edo state, and the last 1 in Lagos state.

The board made it known that their reason for this mop-up is because some candidates who sat for the examination in the above-mentioned centers were innocent of the malpractice, but had their results cancelled alongside the culprits.
Apart from centers affected by malpractice, the board also included three more categories of candidates who are eligible to re-seat for this exam.
They are candidates who had technical problems inside the exam hall, candidates who had issues with fingerprint capturing and hence could not write, and those who had issues with Biometric Verification.
Aside from the above-mentioned categories, the board maintained that no other candidate outside these is eligible for the mop-up exercise, especially those who were absent at their centers on their examination day.
