Juninho: ‘Booing Lionel Messi Has Wisdom Behind It’
Ex-Brazilian star Juninho Pernambucano says the supporters of PSG may be justified in whistling Lionel Messi when he plays against Stade Rennais at the Parc des Princes this weekend.
Reports emerged that the fans were unhappy with Messi’s performances, particularly against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
Juninho commented that it is understandable for fans to express their displeasure with a player, even if it is Messi himself.
He weighed in on a lack of aggressiveness from Messi, suggesting it shouldn’t come as a surprise if he gets booed by the fans.
