Lai Mohammed speaks on Buhari's Plans for an Interim Government

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

On Friday, Lai Mohammed, Minister of Information and Culture for the Federal Government, denied rumors claiming that a Presidency cabal was working towards an Interim National Government (ING).

The minister stated that given the amount of work being done by the current President Muhammadu Buhari’s transition committee, there would be no interim government formed.

He continued to add that the 2023 Presidential elections will be conducted free and fair and predicted that Bola Tinubu from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) will ultimately win.

Mr. Mohammed further declared that Tinubu has been preparing to take on this presidency since his alliance with Alliance Record Democracy (AD) more than 20 years ago, which later metamorphosed into APC.

He concluded by saying that with everything Tinubu has contributed to APC – building structures across states in addition to sponsoring multiple candidates -electing anyone else as president would be a hostile takeover, suggesting therefore it is not in their interests to cause any sort of inertia in his pathway to becoming president.
