While there is speculation that former Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa may return, Orta is said to be a ‘great admirer’ of Corberan currently.
However, it may prove difficult to pull off Postecoglou due to Celtic doing well in the Scottish Premiership.
Meanwhile, West Brom under Corberan sit sixth in Championship whereas Postecoglou has led Celtic to a nine-point lead on Rangers with their only loss coming in 25 games played.
