As Manchester United prepare for next season, there is reportedly an intention to offload some of their current squad to finance new marquee talents.
According to reports, the Red Devils are looking to bring in Victor Osimhen from Napoli, Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur and Declan Rice from West Ham United – with potential transfer fees reportedly exceeding £100 million.
In order to fund the move, United are said to be hoping to sell players including Harry Maguire, Anthony Martial and Alex Telles.
Reportedly, a £107m (€120m) bid has been made by United for Osimhen who has managed 16 goals in 17 Serie A appearances this season.
They could also face competition from Chelsea.
Further, they are believed to have had a £100m offer rejected by West Ham for Rice in the past but could now make move again at the end of the season with a higher fee estimated as £120m plus add-ons.
Along with these two remains their interest in Kane as well as Benfica’s Goncalo Ramos and Ajax’s Mohammed Kudus – suggesting determination on their part to strengthen the team if they are able to sign all of them before next season starts.
