Late king of pop, Michael Jackson, also known as MJ, will be facing trial for allegedly molesting a choreographer, Wade Robson, when he was a child.

The singer died in 2009 and a lawsuit was slammed against him in 2013 by Wade Robson for alleged molestation and s3xual abuse.

However, the case was dismissed in 2017 after the judge ruled that it was filed past the statute of limitations.

In a new twist, a California Court of Appeal cleared the way for Robson to make his case, alleging that MJ molested him at the Neverland Ranch when Robson was between the ages of 7 and 14.

The late singer will be represented by his company, Michael Jackson’s Corporation, also known as MJJ Productions, Inc.

According to the company’s lawyers, the suit lacks merit, as the company had no legal duty to protect Robson or anyone else from MJ because it had no ability to control him.

However, the Court of Appeal gave a tentative ruling that the case will be sent back down for trial.

Robson revealed that when he came to the US from Australia as a young boy, MJ befriended him and s3xually abused him.

In 2005, when MJ was on trial for molesting another boy, Robson testified that he slept in MJ’s bed with the singer but nothing happened.

He changed his story in 2013, filing a lawsuit against the company. He said he had testified falsely on behalf of Jackson due to complete manipulation and brainwashing.
