A Magistrate Court in Lagos State has ordered the remand of Naira Marley and Sam Larry in police custody for 21 days.
The Lagos State Police Command had requested a 30-day custody for further investigation.
The court ruled in favor of a 21-day remand.
The two individuals were accused of having a hand in the death of Mohbad, a former artist under Naira Marley’s record label.
Mohbad’s relationship with Naira Marley had been strained after he left the record label.
The police have also declared Owodunni Ibrahim, also known as Primeboy, wanted for failing to honor their invitation regarding Mohbad’s death.
