Ever wondered who are the most prolific women centre-forward in Europe’s top-flight leagues?

Alexandra Popp – (Wolfsburg, 21 goals)

Injury almost put a dent on Popp’s success last season when she picked up an injury in the pre-match warm-up ahead of the Euro 2022 final.

However, she was able to notched in six goals for Germany and also won the 2021-22 Frauen-Bundesliga with Wolfsburg.

Popp due to her form for Germany and Wolfsburg, she was well represented in the voting for the Ballon d’Or award for women following her sublime 2022 campaign.

While the race for this year award is already on for Popp, the Germany striker has position herself by banging in those goals in her quest to win the award and the Frauen-Bundesliga’s Golden Boot this season.

Alba Maria Redondo – (Levante, 23 goals)

Scoring 23 goals in the Spanish “Liga F Women” division for a club not as popular as Barcelona feminine or Real Madrid feminine shows Alba Maria Redondo Ferrer is without doubt one of Europe’s most prolific centre-forward presently.

Levante may not be the overwhelming favorite to win the Liga F Women division for the 2022-23 season, but they are doing brilliantly in the league in their quest to qualify for Europe next season with the goals of their 26-year-old striker.

Kadidiatou Diani – (Paris Saint-Germain, 28 goals)

French Super Cup winner Diani, has shouldered the responsibility of scoring goals for Paris Saint-Germain this season in the absence of her partner Marie-Antoinette Katoto.

Diani has been nothing but phenomenal for the Parisians this season with her goals-contributions and form which has helped her notched in 28 goals in total and seven assists.
