Naira Marley just made his presence felt again—and it didn’t go unnoticed—after actress Iyabo Ojo went live on Instagram talking about their private sit-down — www.naijnaira.com reports.

That IG session happened on Sunday, August 3, where Iyabo Ojo revealed she met with the Marlian Music boss, Sam Larry, and content creator VeryDarkMan.

During the chat, Iyabo admitted she offered an apology to Marley after he confronted her about the role her reaction to Mohbad’s death played in how the public turned against him.

She also brought up how her son, Festus, visited Marley’s house and later heard claims from DJ Splash that his drink had been tampered with.

Not long after that live session, Marley hopped on X (formerly Twitter) and started posting in Yoruba—messages many think were aimed directly at Iyabo.

“Lagos is sweet, come back home,” he wrote, quoting his own lyrics. In another tweet, he said, “Praise God always. He’s bigger than your battles.”

Fans didn’t waste time picking sides. Some urged Marley to file a lawsuit against Iyabo to force her to back up her statements in court.

One follower, @cpdfresh, wrote, “Charge her to court to prove what she said. That lady ain’t someone you pity.”

Another told him, “This isn’t just about you. It’s about the damage to everyone on your label.”

But others weren’t buying it. One user fired back, “You and VeryDarkMan deserve each other.”

Someone else said, “If you forgive her without consequences, you just lost loyal fans who stood with you.”

One user claimed Iyabo had started blocking followers to avoid negative comments under her posts.

The general mood online is still tense, with people split between support and criticism, and Marley’s next move might be legal.
