Judge Terste Kume of the Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal seemingly trolled Governor Ademola Adeleke over his dancing skills as he announced his judgement.
During the announcement, Judge Kume noted that Governor Adeleke celebrated his electoral victory with a dance to Kiss Daniel’s “Buga” song when he was declared winner last year in July.
The majority judgement from the tribunal decreed that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) withdraw Adeleke’s certificate of return and issue one instead to Gboyega Oyetola, who has been proven to have won after accounting for overvoting in certain Polling Units.
In response, the party leadership slammed Judge Kume for straying from legal arguments and submissions and focusing instead on trivial matters in his ruling.
