The PDP, praising the courage of Oyo citizens for voting in favor of the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar at the gubernatorial campaign event held on Thursday, has called upon those attempting to direct Nigerians in terms of their electoral decisions to reconsider this approach.
To show collective loyalty towards Atiku and other PDP candidates at the rally, they unambiguously shouted his name in response to a request seeking support for someone else.
The statement released by the National Publicity Secretary highlighted that people have proven that choice lies within them and have given reason to believe that South-West Nigeria is endorsing Atiku Abubakar as well as every PDP candidate present nationwide.
Consequently, the PDP implored these influencers to retreat from trying to impose their will on others.
