There is a call to shift Nigeria’s presidential inauguration day from May 29 to June 12, made by key players during the 1993 presidential election.

These players, including Jonathan Zwingina and Magnus Abe, were panellists at the 2023 Democracy Day celebration organized by the Tinubu Support Group.

Zwingina praised Mr Tinubu for his Democracy Day speech, which showed foresight and identified the significance of the June 12 struggle.
