With Financial Fair Play regulations looming, they are now keen to recoup their funds and could be set to let a number of their stars leave in the summer.
Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal could take advantage of this with reports suggesting that they could sign some of Chelsea’s players on the cheap.
Players such as Jorginho who already completed his transfer to the Gunners, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic, Mateo Kovacic, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Kalidou Koulibaly, Romelu Lukaku, Conor Gallagher and Ben Chilwell all potentially up for grabs.
