Nollywood veteran Patience Ozokwo has been appointed to the transition committee for Enugu State governor-elect Peter Mbah, alongside 63 other members.
The committee is made up of technocrats, financial and management experts, entrepreneurs, and tech and innovation specialists, who will work together to develop a policy and action plan for the incoming administration.
Mbah expressed his gratitude to the committee members for accepting the offer to serve and expressed his optimism that they would help produce a document that would lead Enugu State to growth, development, and greatness.
Ozokwo, who is fondly called Mama G, shared photos of the inauguration on Instagram and pledged to serve faithfully for the love of Enugu State and its people.
The chairman of the committee, Ike Chioke, assured that the committee would deliver on its mandate and expressed his optimism that Mbah’s vision to transform Enugu is achievable.
