Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, the founder of Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC), has transitioned from preaching to becoming a prominent figure in the real estate industry.

While many may be unaware of this shift, Ashimolowo has been acquiring land since the age of 27 and now holds vast amounts of property in Lagos.

He has built six estates in the Mowe area of Ogun State and has expanded his holdings to include parcels of land in the Ibeju Lekki coastal area of Lagos.

In addition to owning properties in Pinnoch Estate, Lekki, where he resides in a luxurious, smart-enabled mansion, he is also developing one of the largest luxury estates in Lagos through his company, Makarios Luxury Properties.

This estate, known as Makarios: The Luxury Place, spans 95 acres of land and will feature high-rise buildings, terrace houses, and detached houses upon completion.

Ashimolowo has allocated nearly 300 parcels of land within the estate for sale.

While he has appointed a full-time pastor to manage the Lagos branch of his church, his son Tobi oversees the London branch and headquarters.

With the support of his wife, Pastor Yemisi, Ashimolowo is able to dedicate his time and energy to his real estate ventures and aims to complete Makarios: The Luxury Place in a timely manner.

Despite his busy schedule, the 71-year-old pastor still finds time to deliver online sermons and share his knowledge of the real estate business.
