Former Super Eagles Goalkeeper, Peter Rufai’s football academy is dedicated to the development of young players with dreams to become football stars.
From its incorporation in 2012 with a registration number of 1064534 and based in Ayindegiwamasha, Surulere Lagos, the academy provides aspiring youths with sport facilities and training regimes in which they can learn and excel in the game.
Many students have left their former clubs to take part in this special programme because it has everything that one might need for his or her career in football.
With efficient management behind it, the academy has provided its students with things like buses for transportation, jerseys for training sessions and opportunities to participate in important competitions such as Oba’s Cup or Boska Cup.
Over 200 players have so far taken part in this intense programme and many parents are witnesses that its successful outputs are really worth it.
The academy even made arrangements for them to play friendly match with both Golden Eaglets and Flying Eagles for extra exposure.
Staruf Football Academy has attracted great support and recognition from the Lagos State Government.
The academy is run by coach Saheed Adeyinka and was created to help talented players gain professional experience in major European tournaments.

Peter Rufai Football Academy Registration & Fees
Prospective students interested in joining the Peter Rufai Football Academy can introduce themselves to a coach at any of the academy’s training centers on Saturday mornings.
Coaches will evaluate each applicant using criteria such as balance, speed, and other skill-related abilities.
Those selected for admission must complete and submit an application & registration form in order to register. Fees for admission are required.
The Peter Rufai Football Academy requires students to submit a completed Application & Registration form, along with a birth certificate (original and copy), three passport photographs of the student plus one of either parent, copies of the student’s school results, and photos of the student’s medical history/reports (if applicable).
Secondary school completion requires SSCE/NECO results confirming at least five credits, including English and Mathematics.
To register at Peter Rufai Football Academy, eligible students must attend with a parent or guardian.
Registration fees, training uniform, identity card, training bag and maintenance fee should all be paid through the bank account provided upon request.
The requirements for registration are as follows: age between 5 and 16 years old; registration fees; quarterly fees; training uniform; identity card; training bag; and maintenance fee.
