Osaikhuiwu, a political analyst, has expressed concern over the delay in constituting President Tinubu’s cabinet, stating that it may lead to similar problems experienced during the previous administration.

He believes that the delay in appointing ministers could have a negative impact on the economy and stability of the country.

Osaikhuiwu points out that the immediate appointment of a National Security Adviser and new service chiefs has brought some semblance of sanity to the security sector, and the same should have been done for the cabinet.

However, Senator Adams Oshiomhole defends the delay, stating that the current administration inherited a terrible economic situation and that the decisions taken so far are the first steps towards revamping the economy.

He urges Nigerians to be patient and trust in the abilities of the nominated ministers.

Iorfa Thomas, a former senatorial aspirant, is optimistic that once the ministers assume their duties and are assigned portfolios based on expertise, the current economic situation will improve.

However, Dr Yunusa Salisu Tanko, a chieftain of the Labour Party, criticizes the ministerial nominations, stating that the entire administration is faulty and rigged its way to power.

He believes that challenging the government in court shows a lack of trust in its ability to govern effectively.

BudgIT, a civic-tech organization advocating for transparency and accountability, calls for the immediate release of a transparency and accountability plan to ensure President Tinubu’s promises are fulfilled.

They emphasize the need for a clear roadmap and transparent methods for distributing resources to prevent them from ending up in the hands of politically connected individuals.
