Timini Egbuson, Nollywood’s latest sensation, has officially been crowned Africa’s hardest-working young actor—at least, that’s what his veteran colleague Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD) says.
On Monday, the beloved actor, also known as RMD, posted a tribute to Timini on Facebook, showering him with praise for his relentless work ethic.
RMD’s endorsement couldn’t have come at a better time, as Timini is riding high on the success of Reel Love, a romantic drama that he produced and starred in.
The film has already grossed over N99 million in its opening weekend—a feat not easily achieved. Reel Love tackles the trials and tribulations of love in the modern world, with a particular focus on the effects of social media on romance.
The movie boasts an all-star cast, including Funke Akindele, Dakore Egbuson-Akande, TJ Omusuku, Atlanta Bridget Johnson, Jay On Air, Hermes Iyele, Bimbo Ademoye, and of course, Timini Egbuson.
