Hilda Baci's Time Deduction A Guinness World Records Controversy

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has officially broken the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon (individual), with a time of 93 hours and 11 minutes.

However, despite aiming for 100 hours, some hours were deducted due to the rules allowing for a five-minute rest break for every continuous hour of activity.

Baci’s feat generated significant buzz on social media and attracted interest within and outside Nigeria, with high-profile figures visiting her to show support.

Her achievement has also inspired others to attempt to break records, such as Ekiti-based chef Damilola Adeparusi, who is currently on a 120-hour cooking marathon.

However, her attempt has received mixed reactions, unlike Baci’s which was greeted with massive support.

Guinness World Records has not yet commented on Adeparusi’s attempt.
