Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) accused Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of “misbehaving” during Adeleke’s limited rule in the state.
At a rally in Osogbo on Thursday, Tinubu expressed support for APC-supported Gboyega Oyetola’s good efforts to continue ruling in the state.
With regards to the beleaguered Osun election result, Tinubu argued that unrest has been provoked by PDP since they were given little opportunity to rule before Oyetola was made governing governor.
Hearing this, Tinubu promised to make developing rural areas a priority — as well as creating jobs and improving wages amongst urban populations.
Lastly, he urged residents not to vote for former Vice President Atiku Abubakar who failed to make an impact when he was in office.
