Atiku Abubakar’s camp are yet again criticizing Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the series of purported public gaffes he has made since announcing his intention to contest as president.
According to Phrank Shaibu, Atiku’s special assistant on public communication, these “constant gaffes” are becoming embarrassing and could present a danger to national security.
Tinubu was again lambasted for referring to Atiku as a former Senate President, despite never running for a legislative election.
Furthermore, Shaibu claims that should Tinubu be elected president, Nigeria would have an undesirable international image due to his reported failing health.
The media aide then quoted past comments from Tinubu such as advice to renew PVC cards before they expire and recruitment plan into the Army, which reportedly came out of said physical incapacity.
Shaibu finished by saying that Tinubu’s allies might trust their involvement in state activities if he wins the presidential election giving him access to medical attention.
