The National Population Commission (NPC) has announced the postponement of the Local Government-level training for Supervisors and Enumerators, which was originally scheduled for Thursday, April 13.
According to a statement signed by the Director of Public Affairs at the Commission, Isiaka Yahaya, the decision was made due to “some emerging issues”, and a new date will be communicated to the public.
The National Population and Housing Census is still scheduled to take place from May 3 to May 7, and the Commission remains committed to conducting a credible and acceptable census.
The public is advised to disregard any messages that contradict this information, and the Commission apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the postponement.
