Robert Lewandowski will not be able to feature in El Clasico as he has been ruled out due to a hamstring injury that he sustained against Almeria.
Barcelona released a statement confirming the striker’s injury, adding that his availability will depend on how quickly he recovers from the strain.
The news comes as a huge blow for the team ahead of their pivotal clash against rivals Real Madrid, with Lewandowski missing out along with star players Pedri and Ousmane Dembele who are still out till mid-March.
