Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has pleaded with the people of Rivers State to save his political career by choosing the same presidential candidate he has chosen.
Wike made this plea during a campaign rally for the PDP on Saturday, in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
Though Wike did not disclose which candidate he wants the electorate to vote for, he advocated for “equity, fairness and justice” when it comes to choosing their president.
He also commended APC Governors who understand that unity is key in Nigeria and that power needs to shift.
He encouraged those seeking power to do so without greed as it will positively impact all Nigerians in the future.
