U.S. President Donald Trump has confirmed that American forces bombed three Iranian nuclear sites on Sunday, NaijNaira can report.

The targeted locations—Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan—were struck using the GBU-57A/B Massive Ordnance Penetrator, known as the “bunker buster,” according to Outlook India.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote, “Iran, the bully of the Middle East, must now make peace. If they do not, future attacks will be far greater and a lot easier.”

Trump also warned that the U.S. could launch more strikes “with precision, speed, and skill” in minutes if necessary.

Mahdi Mohammadi, an adviser to Iran’s Parliament Speaker, said the Fordow site had already been evacuated and did not suffer lasting damage.

He added, “Two things are certain: First, knowledge cannot be bombed, and second, the gambler will lose this time.”

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres expressed deep concern over the situation. “There is no military solution. The only path forward is diplomacy. The only hope is peace,” he said.

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed the strikes were carried out “in full coordination” with the United States.

Australia’s government called for urgent dialogue and warned of a dangerous security situation in the region.

Mexico’s Foreign Ministry and Venezuela’s Foreign Minister strongly condemned the attacks and demanded immediate de-escalation.

Cuba’s President Miguel Diaz-Canel said the U.S. strikes violated the UN Charter and international law.

New Zealand’s Foreign Minister Winston Peters urged all sides to return to diplomatic talks for a more durable resolution.

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called the strikes “grounds for impeachment” and warned against unauthorized military action.

South Korea will hold an emergency security meeting to assess the impact of the U.S. attack.
