Antony has told Manchester United where he stands—he’s not coming back unless it’s through the gates of Real Betis – www.naijnaira.com reports.

Fichajes shared that despite outside interest, including a massive offer from Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nassr, Antony is not entertaining anything but a Betis return.

His short stint in Spain left an impression: nine goals, five assists, and a fanbase that embraced him.

Real Betis, however, are struggling to finalize a permanent deal and may need to negotiate another loan with a future buy option.

Manu Fajardo, Betis’ sporting director, admitted, “It’s not an easy transaction… but we will play our cards.”

The forward’s agent, Junior Pedroso, had earlier told WinWin, “He is on the market… we’re open to Saudi Arabia, but we listen and analyze each project.”

Still, Antony has made his preference clear, leaving little room for Manchester United to retain him.

United have now placed him with players no longer in Amorim’s setup, alongside Sancho, Garnacho, and Malacia.

With Amorim removing the right-wing role from his lineup, Antony’s position at the club has vanished.

Despite being considered a top-tier talent during his Ajax years, he’s only scored 12 goals across 96 appearances for United.

At this point, Antony leaving Old Trafford looks inevitable, and Betis remains the only direction he’s willing to go.
