Arteta faces battle to keep Declan Rice from Guardiola’s clutches as Winger is added

Declan Rice, the West Ham captain, is a hot commodity in this summer’s transfer window, with both Arsenal and Manchester City vying for the 24-year-old’s signature.

While Rice is currently on England duty, it is expected that his club future will be sorted out upon his return.

However, Mikel Arteta, Arsenal’s manager, may face a battle to keep Rice from Pep Guardiola’s clutches, as City is reportedly willing to offer an attacking sensation, 19-year-old winger Carlos Borges, as part of the deal.
