FIFA President Gianni Infantino has sent his congratulations to Amaju Pinnick, former President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), after he was awarded the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) honor by former President Muhammadu Buhari.
Pinnick was recognized for his dedication to the growth of football, particularly within the FIFA Council, where he currently serves as a member.
In a letter of congratulations, Infantino praised Pinnick’s human qualities, skills, and remarkable contributions to the development of Nigerian, African, and world football.
