Marcus Rashford slams 'selfish' Erik ten Hag over Man Utd failure

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

After Marcus Rashford scored his second goal in as many games as a striker for Manchester United, manager Erik ten Hag is now open to the idea of moving Rashford up front.

Ten Hag started Rashford on the right wing against Leeds but switched him over to the opposite flank after the first half ended with United 1-0 down.

Following a Raphael Varane own goal in the 48th minute, United substituted Wout Weghorst for Jadon Sancho in 59th minute and Sancho moved to the left while Rashford moved inside, where he was able to score his 20th goal of the season from Diogo Dalot’s cross three minutes later.

With Anthony Martial missing his 21st game out of 35 this term and Weghorst having scored only one goal in seven games, Ten Hag believes that switching Rashford up front could prove beneficial with Sancho now back in the squad.

He believes that by switching it up for their opponents it can be difficult for them to anticipate the attack due to all of these changes.

Ultimately, Ten Hag believes they would benefit from such a move.
