The Nigerian Super Falcons will be participating in the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in New Zealand and Australia.
They have qualified for every edition of the tournament since it began in 1991
The team has been placed in Group B, along with co-hosts Australia, Olympic champions Canada, and debutants the Republic of Ireland.
The Super Falcons’ first match will be against Canada on Friday, July 21, at the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium in Australia, with a local time of 12:30 p.m.
This means that Nigerians and Super Falcons fans will be able to watch the game at 3:30 a.m. on the same day.
Their second match will be against Australia on Thursday, July 27, at the Brisbane Stadium, with a local time of 8:00 p.m.
In Nigeria, the game will be broadcasted at 11:00 a.m.
Their final group game will also be at the Brisbane Stadium, against the Republic of Ireland on Monday, July 31, at 8:00 p.m.
