Galatasaray executives concluded direct talks in Italy over a full €75 million offer for Napoli forward Victor Osimhen, NaijNaira can report,

Calciomercato.com stated that Galatasaray asked Napoli to accept the €75m buyout clause in five separate payments.

Vice-president Abdullah Kavukcu and intermediary George Gardi led the discussions, aiming to turn Osimhen’s temporary stay into a permanent move.

Gardi said after the meeting, “We’re working on it, let’s see how it goes… There is a desire, evidently.”

Footage shared by Gianluca Di Marzio showed Galatasaray’s delegation exiting the meeting venue on Wednesday in Italy.

The striker returned 37 goals and eight assists across all competitions last season while on loan in Istanbul.

Despite earlier €60 million bids being rejected, Galatasaray have now committed to the full release clause, which remains valid until mid-July.

Napoli is expected to request financial guarantees, including surety bonds, before accepting the Turkish club’s proposed payment structure.

Osimhen nearly left Napoli last summer before the deal collapsed at the final hour, making this renewed pursuit even more urgent.

Galatasaray remain determined to secure his signature ahead of the new season after a standout campaign in the Super Lig.
