Hakim Ziyech’s PSG move collapsed after Chelsea’s errors, report says
Chelsea’s proposed loan move for Hakim Ziyech to Paris Saint-Germain collapsed on the final day of the transfer window after Chelsea reportedly sent the necessary paperwork incorrectly THREE times.

On the final day of the January transfer window, it seemed as though Chelsea’s attack midfielder Hakim Ziyech had successfully secured a loan move to Paris Saint-Germain.
However, what could have been a dream move for Ziyech didn’t happen following some major last-minute drama.
It has been claimed that Chelsea sent the wrong documents to PSG on three occasions, preventing the deal from being completed before the window slammed shut.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that when they did eventually reach Paris, it was too late and could not be registered and validated in time.
While there has been no comment from Chelsea yet, reports have called this a “Class A Circus” with memories of David de Gea’s mooted move to Real Madrid being undermined by a faulty fax machine in 2015 being evoked.
Ziyech was hoping to reunite with Moroccan compatriot Achraf Hakimi at PSG but now he is left in limbo awaiting transfer clearance.
